President Trump recently welcomed some unexpected people to dinner. Bill Maher and sports analyst Stephen A. Smith joined Kid Rock and President Trump for dinner.
Kid Rock is openly a supporter, but the other two play both sides of the fence. According to President Trump, Bill Maher and Stephen A. Smith actually like him a lot but “have to put on a certain little facade for their people.” He said the dinner was great, but his guests faced backlash for attending the get-together.
The View hosts addressed the surprising foursome on Tuesday’s episode. Alyssa Farah Griffin admitted that she would consider having dinner with the President if she could reach him on the Ukraine-Russia war.

Joy Behar hasn’t been on The View since September after dislocating her shoulder backstage. She would have a lot to say about Trump’s dinner with Bill Maher. But Ana Navarro had it handled in Joy’s absence.
Sara Haines made a joke about the iconic The Lady & The Tramp spaghetti scene after Alyssa Farah Griffin confessed she would have dinner with Trump. Ana Navarro quickly shut down the humor. “No, stop! This is not funny,” she scolded her co-hosts. “What he’s doing to Latinos is criminal,” Ana added.
Sara Haines tried to point out that Ana Navarro has sat down with other people she disagreed with. However, Ana didn’t take kindly to that. She responded, “They are killing Latinos, chasing them, hunting them, racially profiling them, torturing them, sending them to places in far off Africa. You think I’m going to go share a meal with him?!”
The temperature between Ana, Sara, and Alyssa reached a boiling point. Sunny Hostin eventually stepped in and calmed things down, but The View fans took to Reddit to share their shock at Ana Navarro losing her cool.
