MAGA political consultant Seth Weathers launched Ultra Right Beer, a “100% woke-free American beer,” in April 2023 in response to the right-wing boycott of Bud Light over its collaboration with transgender social media influencer Dylan Mulvaney.
But over three years later, the website for Ultra Right Beer has disappeared; hundreds of customers who paid nearly $35 for a single six-pack are complaining that they never received their pre-ordered beer; and Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr (R) has opened an investigation into the company, Wired reports.

Weathers’ 2023 ad declared, “America’s been drinking beer from a company that doesn’t even know what restroom to use.” It then showed a video clip of Mulvaney drinking Bud Light, followed by Weathers hitting a Bud Light can with a baseball bat. “That’s why I created Conservative Dad’s Ultra Right 100 percent woke-free beer… Stop giving money to woke corporations that hate our values,” he said, adding, “[and] stay the f**k away from our kids.”
Weather said he partnered with Big Kettle Brewing in Lawrenceville, Georgia, to produce the beer, and he claimed he had almost reached $1 million in pre-order sales as transphobic conservatives rushed to the brand.
But now, the website for Ultra Right Beer no longer exists.
The Better Business Bureau (BBB) – a private nonprofit organization that tracks businesses’ records and customer complaints and issues A+ through F letter grades evaluating companies’ trustworthiness – gives Ultra Right Beer LLC an “F,” noting that it didn’t respond to nearly 200 complaints about non-delivered products.
A one-star review on the BBB website said the beer brand’s special “Revenge” cans with Donald Trump’s mugshot on them took 1.5 years to arrive, and a “Fight”-themed six-pack (with an image of Trump raising his fist after surviving a July 2024 assassination attempt) didn’t arrive at all. An empty six-pack of “Fight” cans is currently selling for $115 on eBay.
Ironshield Brewing, which operated Big Kettle Brewing, shut down in December 2023, and Weathers hasn’t posted to Facebook or Instagram since late 2025. Numerous commenters on both social media sites are demanding refunds and calling him a thief.
Attorney General Carr has opened an investigation into Weather’s company for being non-responsive to compliance orders.
