Actor Mark Indelicato married his partner, David Watson, on October 10, with his Hacks co-star Jean Smart officiating the ceremony.
Actor Johnny Sibilly shared a video to his Instagram story of the joyful moment Smart declared the pair “husband and husband.” After exchanging rings, Indelicato shouted, “We did it!” The couple then shared a kiss while Smart beamed behind them.

Hacks co-star Paul Downs also shared a photo of the cast at the celebration, which included Smart, Downs, Hannah Einbinder, Meg Stalter, and Poppy Liu. “Hacks fam 4 eva,” Downs wrote while congratulating the happy couple.
In Hacks, Indelicato played Damien, the anxious assistant to Smart’s character, superstar comedian Deborah Vance. Indelicato is also known for starring as Justin Suarez on Ugly Betty as a child and made waves when his character came out as gay in season 4.
In 2022, he told Out that he is more than happy to keep playing gay characters. “I’m known for gay roles. I played an iconic gay character. Why would I want to distance myself from that? I’m leaning in. Are you kidding? If something’s working, don’t break it.”
He also praised Hacks for the way it integrated queer characters. “They’re just existing as queer people. There’s not really this grandstanding coming-out story, which I think in and of itself is a huge milestone in LGBTQ representation. That their queerness isn’t drama, that it just is.”
