Amanda Frances Doubts Dorit Kemsley Didn’t Know About Ex’s Financial Problems
Amanda Frances and her unusual business tactics were a hot topic on Season 15 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She didn’t get along with many of her co-stars, but her relationship with Dorit Kemsley was especially tense. While fighting with her co-star, the RHOBH vet was also dealing with her divorce from PK Kemsley.
The former couple separated in 2024 after nine years of marriage. Dorit Kemsley officially filed for divorce a year later. The divorce has unearthed shocking details about the Kemsleys’ finances. Their $6.5 million home is in pre-foreclosure after the mortgage bills went unpaid. Dorit Kemsley blamed her ex, but Amanda Frances isn’t buying the innocent act.
“I think it’s just really obvious if you’re not sure the mortgage is getting paid, call the mortgage company. And if the mortgage isn’t getting paid, even if it’s supposedly your ex’s responsibility, if you want to save the home, pay the mortgage and spend less on designer clothes … I love to shop, but I would never not pay my mortgage,” Amanda Frances said on Nick Viall’s podcast.

Amanda Frances had such a horrible season on the Bravo show that she might not return for a second season. Rumors have swirled that she hasn’t been asked to return. She briefly addressed the rumors. “It’s not official, and I’m not sure,” she said.
She revealed that she’s considered a drastic move of betrayal against Dorit Kemsley. “Sometimes I consider buying it,” she confessed to Nick Viall. “If it wasn’t so modern, if it wasn’t so pigeonholed in this one specific style, and I thought we’d have an easier time renovating it into something that would make us money, I think I would absolutely consider buying it,” she added.
However, the necessary renovations are holding her back from making the shocking purchase. Amanda Frances claimed that some of her co-stars, who desperately need the Bravo paycheck, act differently on camera.
“Those who need it make their responses bigger than they actually are. Those who need it are always trying to make sure they’re getting the camera time, and they’re very different on camera than off camera,” she said.
Dorit Kemsley has been busy promoting her new memoir, Unburdened. She told Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live that Boz Saint John was the only co-star to reach out and congratulate her on the book’s success.
