Jackson Lahmeyer, a Republican U.S. House candidate and founder of “Pastors for Trump” who is married with five kids, reportedly sent sext messages to a former Miss Oklahoma Caitlin Simmons Key who had worked for him as a fundraiser, The Daily Mail reported in a June 14 article. Trump has endorsed Lahmeyer as a “MAGA warrior” ahead of his June 16 primary election.
Lahmeyer has previously said that Black Lives Matter was started by “witchcraft-practicing lesbians” and published an October 24, 2024, statement on X saying that the “Antichrist will be a HOMOSEXUAL of Jewish descent,” the satirical left-leaning website Wonkette reported.

In the text messages, Lahmeyer texted Key from a party at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort, saying she looks “skinny and cute.” When she asked why he was texting her from there, he sent her a selfie and a message stating, “I like texting you LOL.” He later asked what she was doing and when she said she was taking a bath, he sent her a heart eyes emoji. He later said he’d give her a “late invite” to visit his hotel room. In later messages, she told him that they couldn’t get involved unless he got divorced.
When Lahmeyer’s wife, Kendra Lehmeyer, found out about the alleged texts, she contacted Key with messages that said, “You are a home wrecking whore. Did you enjoy ruining our family?” Key subsequently reported the texts to The Daily Mail. Jackson Lahmeyer is one of 10 Republicans running for the U.S. House seat.
