Built from multiple layers of live piano, soaring operatic vocals, and a meticulously crafted electronic soundscape, “Away in a Manger” fuses traditional Christmas reverence with high-impact modern production. Avohee channels his Liszt-infused classical training into a three-minute radio-ready track that lands somewhere between epic film score and peak-time electronic anthem.
“I wanted to take the emotional intensity of the classical canon and collide it with the energy of the dancefloor,” says Avohee Avoher. “Away in a Manger is about that feeling of being far from home at the holidays, yet still held by something bigger—music, memory, faith, whatever ‘home’ means to you.”
The new single follows a breakout year that saw Avohee scoring club and chart traction with releases like “Bajo La Luna” (UK Upfront Club Chart Top 10), “Forever Together” with Luv Foundation (UK), and the Afro-house and world-inspired “Malami,” which climbed to #4 on the Traxsource Electro House chart in pre-release.
