Andy Cohen’s Family
Andy Cohen is known for being a big Bravo TV personality. He’s always hosting various shows and even has his own show. However, when he’s not on TV or working on his SiriusXM show, he actually has a family. Andy is a single dad to two kids. His first, Benjamin “Ben” Allen Cohen, was born February 4, 2019. He is now seven years old. His second child is a little girl named Lucy Eve Cohen. She was born April 29, 2022, making her now four years old.
Both of Andy’s children were born via surrogacy. While he is very proud of them and loves them, he opts to keep their lives more private since they did not choose the same life he did, and they are too young to make any decisions like that now.
However, they actually came up during a recent episode of Andy’s SiriusXM show, Andy Cohen Live. The show has been a big deal as it took the spot of one of Howard Stern’s shows on the network.
Apparently, during the episode, he’s talking to Jeff Lewis about having a babysitter for his kids. Apparently, Jeff is less than impressed by what Andy pays his babysitter, though, and was sure to let him know.
Calling Andy Out For Being ‘Cheap’
According to Page Six, Jeff Lewis is letting Andy know that he’s underpaying the person who babysits his two children.
Andy says that he gives the babysitter $30 an hour. Jeff is quick to call him cheap for that number, especially considering how much money he makes on TV.
“Oh, hmm. That sounds cheap to me, especially from someone with your money,” Jeff tells Andy.
He continues explaining his thoughts, saying, “She was there for two hours and you gave her 60 bucks? Did that even cover the cab?”
However, Andy claims that he actually gave her $70 because she stayed 15 minutes over the two hours.
That’s not good enough for Jeff, though. He explains that the babysitter deserved $100 for two kids during that time frame.
“I probably would’ve given her 100 for two hours, two kids,” he tells Andy.
Apparently, Jeff’s babysitter makes $37 an hour for just one child. Jeff has one daughter named Monroe. Monroe is nine years old.
Only time will tell if Andy ends up taking Jeff’s words to heart! Or if he will keep his babysitter rate the same for his two kids.
