The new season of Love After Lockup is well underway, but Cyrus is already back behind bars. He was enjoying time with his girlfriend and mother of four, Dia. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the Colorado resident, and now, he has been locked up. Keep reading for more details as to what went wrong.
Cyrus & Dia Tried To Make It Work
At just 24, Love After Lockup viewers met Cyrus, who had been incarcerated for three years. His crime was auto theft and possession of a weapon. Despite this, he was able to connect with Dia, who was a single mother of four children. She had previously been married for twenty years and was currently a medical biller. The couple met through Dia’s ex, Jaden, who happened to be Cyrus’ ex-cellmate, so clearly, she has a thing for bad boys. Cyrus helped her heal from the pain of her split, but it led to romance. Unfortunately, she has lost her man once again to a life of bad choices.
Cyrus’ parole officer made an appearance at Dia’s apartment, where he was living. When the officer came in, they found drugs and several firearms in the home. That led to Cyrus being arrested, and he is now facing multiple felony charges. Cyrus claimed the reason that the guns were there was because “his girlfriend had been cleaning out a storage unit and she had brought weapons inside the house.” The drug that was listed was cocaine, but fortunately, no children were around.

Fans Slam Dia
Love After Lockup fans are livid with Dia for having someone like Cyrus around her children. Now that he has been arrested once again, having guns and cocaine, they are questioning what she is thinking:
- And yet Dia has this guy living in her home with her kids. No wonder the eldest was crying when talking about her mother & the men she brings home. Dia doesn’t deserve kids!
- Justice for Dia’s Children! I pray they have goals to get the H*ll Out of this Poverty Trailer Nightmare!
- Crazy Dia/Coco got jailfished
