Last night (August 16), Tenacious D, Beck, Dave Grohl, John C. Reilly, and Greg Kurstin joined forces onstage during filmmaker Judd Apatow’s charity concert in Los Angeles. They did a live rendition of Seals & Crofts 1972 ballad “Summer Breeze.” Watch a clip from the set on Instagram.

Proceeds from the event went toward Victims First—an organization that educates communities and advocate for victims and survivors of mass casualty crime. The concert was held at the 280-capacity nightclub Largo at the Coronet. The event marked one of Dave Grohl’s first public appearances since the death of Foo Fighters’ drummer Taylor Hawkins in March. A pair of tribute concerts honoring Hawkins are slated for next month. The first will take place in London on September 3, followed by another at Los Angeles’ Kia Forum on September 27.

Beck headlined last night’s charity show, which also featured appearances from comedians Sarah Silverman and Pete Holmes. According to a report by Variety, the evening also included a short set by Tenacious D, featuring a singalong of REO Speedwagon’s “I’m Gonna Keep on Loving You,” as well as a performance of “Truckdriving Neighbors Downstairs” from Beck and John C. Reilly, and much more.
