Makaya McCraven has released a new remix of “Source,” the title track from Nubya Garcia’s most recent album. The jazz drummer and saxophonist previously collaborated on the former’s 2018 album Universal Beings. Listen to that below.
Earlier this year, McCraven released his reimagining of Gil Scott-Heron’s I’m New Here, titled We’re New Again: A Reimagining by Makaya McCraven. A Universal Beings companion album and documentary were released in July.
