Would Robyn Brown ever leave Kody? It’s a question many Sister Wives viewers have asked after the triple divorce. Meri, Janelle, and Christine all decided to part ways with the family patriarch and explore lives outside of polygamy. But would Robyn ever follow in their footsteps?

According to Robyn herself, this idea is one of Kody Brown’s worst nightmares. And it’s going to be addressed in an upcoming Season 19 episode.

Robyn Brown Defends Kody’s Angry Behavior In A New Preview

Robyn Brown has always been wildly unpopular with Sister Wives viewers. As she and Kody Brown try to preserve their marriage, fans feel even more aggravated with her. They feel she keeps meddling in Kody’s other relationships and tries to force the women to stay.

Onscreen, Kody feels blue he lost three wives in such a short amount of time. Robyn feels like he’s taking his hard feelings out on her. In the infamous driveway scene, she admitted she’s losing respect for him.

Did this fuel Kody’s fear of losing another wife?

“Kody’s been a very angry, upset, very lost person the last few years, and I have to recognize it for what it is,” Robyn shares in a confessional, explaining away her husband’s aggressive actions. “It’s just him in a painful place, and him in a place of fear that I will leave him too.”

In his own confessional, Kody admits he feels as if he’s lost all sense of direction in his life.

“There’s a struggle that I’ve had because I had this big picture that got shattered,” the family patriarch admits.

Kody Brown Doesn’t Recognize Himself Any Longer

In the teaser for Sunday’s episode, Kody reveals he’s turning 55. And it seems like he’s having a midlife crisis of sorts. After decades of polygamy, he’s now down to one wife and only a small handful of children who want a relationship with him.

Kody tells the cameras that 30 years ago, his purpose was always his family. But now that he’s estranged from so many of them, he doesn’t feel like he has purpose any longer.

However, many Sister Wives fans would argue that Kody brought this on himself. Throughout the show, Meri, Janelle, Christine, and the children always said they wanted more time with Kody. But after years of mistreatment and neglect, they gave up and moved on.
