Former RHOA star Kim Zolciak is slamming her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, as she feels he is making up lies about her. The former professional football player just filed for sole custody of their four minor children. Yet, Kim wants to correct the narrative and set the record straight. Kim Zolciak Slams Kroy’s Parenting Claims
When Kim Zolciak met Kroy Biermann while she was on RHOA, they were so much in love. He ended up adopting her two older children, and they went on to have four kids of their own. As time went on, they landed a spin-off, but there were visible cracks. Kim was a gambler and loved to shop. Moreover, finances got in the way, and by 2023, they filed for divorce. Although they attempted to reconcile, it never worked. They struggled immensely with the police being called and their home going into foreclosure.
Finally, they have moved on, and Kim found a very rich man, Kyle Mowitz. Unfortunately, her issues with Kroy continue as he has asked for sole custody of their children. He claims that she is not present, and furthermore, there was a dog biting incident. Kim is vehemently denying these claims and stated that she was out of the country for work:
“I spent five weeks away working on two TV shows to support my family and make sure my children are cared for — something I will never apologize for.”
She had previously been away in 2023, filming the Surreal Life: Villa of Secrets in Medellín, Colombia. While there, she discussed her divorce constantly and how she needed to be on the show for the money. As for her issues with Kroy and what he is claiming regarding her parenting, she adds that it feels like bullying, and she won’t have that:
“I refuse to be bullied or have lies twisted into a narrative about who I am. I will not stay silent; the truth is on my side, and it will come to light—no matter how hard anyone tries to bury it.”
There is a lot of he said/she said in the documents and filings, which is commonplace for the estranged duo. At this point, it feels like they will never come to a proper agreement for their children.
Not A Surprise
After Kroy Biermann initially filed for sole custody, RHOA fans had a lot to say. They pointed out, as per usual, that Kroy knew who Kim Zolciak was when he met her. She has never changed and is the same person from start to finish. Others felt that Kroy was seeking money, much like Denise Richards’ estranged husband, Aaron Phypers. However, there are four kids involved, whereas Denise and Aaron have none:
- He knew who she was when he married her.
- He sounds like Dennis Richard’s husband….always looking for money
- She’s been out of country filming the Amazon show. You can’t tell me he didn’t know she was working.
- I hope he gets the kids. Kim is a horrible mom/person.
