Kroy Biermann Accusing Kim Zolciak Of Child Neglect
Millions of Bravo fans tuned in to watch Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s wedding. It was documented on Don’t Be Tardy. But they split after more than a decade together. Their messy divorce has been playing out in the tabloids like it was a reality TV show. It seems they keep coming out with new allegations against each other every day.
In the latest move, Kroy Biermann filed for sole custody of their four minor kids, Kroy, Kash, and twins Kaia and Kane. The former NFL player also adopted Brielle and Ariana, Kim Zolciak’s older children from a previous relationship. However, the girls seem to have taken their mom’s side in the divorce.
The former couple agreed on joint custody of their minor children after mediation earlier this year. The exact details of the agreement weren’t made public. But Kroy Biermann hinted at some of the custody conditions in his recent court filing.
He accused his ex of skipping out on the agreed-upon therapy. Furthermore, he claimed that the RHOA alum was neglecting her children. The NFL player alleged that Kim Zolciak is always out of town and rarely sees their four children.
TMZ reported that Kroy Biermann alleges his ex didn’t see their kids from “February 26 and March 29, apart from one night on March 9.” He made the shocking claim that on the one night she did have the kids, one of them was injured in a dog attack.
He asked the court to immediately give him sole custody of the four kids due to Kim Zolciak’s “misguided” parenting.
RHOA Alum Responds To Accusations
Kim Zolciak has been battling with her ex in court for years. She strongly denied his accusations in a statement to TMZ. “These accusations are completely false and nothing more than a deliberate attempt by Kroy to defame my character. I spent five weeks away working on two TV shows to support my family and make sure my children are cared for—something I will never apologize for,” she said. The former Real Housewives star is reportedly part of the cast of an upcoming Amazon Prime reality show.
She added, “I refuse to be bullied or have lies twisted into a narrative about who I am.
