Sister Wives stars, Kody and Robyn Brown have sold their OG Flagstaff home for an excessive amount of money. They had taken down the listing and proceeded to buy a new, lavish mansion for $2.1 million. So, how much did the first home sell for and when did it happen? Keep reading for all of the details.

Kody & Robyn Brown Sell OG Flagstaff Home For Excessive Amount

When Kody and Robyn Brown listed their beloved home in August 2024, Sister Wives fans were shocked. They loved this house and it was Kody’s safe space especially now that he was down three wives. Yet, they owed money on Coyote Pass and likely had to pay up to the OG3. They did not want to build on the land any longer and Janelle Brown was ready to lawyer up. She had noted on a few occasions that she was ready to leave and go elsewhere. In the latest episode of Sister Wives, which aired on November 3rd, Janelle mentioned moving to North Carolina.

That was filmed in early 2023 and she has since bought a farm with her daughter, Maddie Brush Brown, and her husband, Caleb Brush. Kody is also embroiled in a lawsuit with his former third wife, Christine Brown Woolley so there is a lot of financial stuff going on. Selling his home and downsizing made sense. Then, they pulled the listing and bought a lavish $2.1 million home but put it under a revocable trust. However, it seems the home sale is back on and the OG Flagstaff mansion has been sold for more than its listing price.

According to Starcasm, it was sold on Monday, November 4th for $1.775 million though they were only asking $1.65 million. Kody and Robyn Brown had paid nearly $900K five years ago for this home which they had only wanted to rent. Interestingly enough, the couple just took out a 30-year, $1.68 million loan on their new home. So, what are they going to do with the proceeds from the old house and how was it sold if they had halted the listing? The latter is questionable but fans have some ideas about the first part.

The Money Is Not Theirs

Sister Wives fans learning this news feel that the proceeds from the sale of the home are not Kody and Robyn Brown’s. Rather, they believe the money should go to the OG3. Meri Brown and Janelle Brown helped with the down payment on the house so they should be paid back immediately. They should also be bought out of Coyote Pass:

  • He used Janelle for her money…. let’s see if he pays her
  • Whyyyyyyyy do they need a bigger house ?! Shouldn’t they worry about selling coyote pass? I swear Kodi is THE worst with money
  • Good now they can pay Meri & Janelle off for the land

It will be interesting to see some Coyote Pass updates and if he pays his exes what they deserve. Are you shocked the home has been sold for that price? Let us know your thoughts and watch Sister Wives Sundays on TLC.
