For years Stacey Toy has been singing the praises of Bitcoins (innovative payment Network and a new kind of money for those who don’t know) and cryptocurrency (and encrypted data string that denotes a unit of currency, monitored and organized by a peer to peer network called a Blockchain). When NFTs exploded she was there before the excitement began.
