Drake Ties A Headscarf On 3-Year-Old Son Adonis’ Head As Doting Grandma Sandi Watches

Pop Culture

Drake taught his son Adonis how to tie a head scarf in precious new photos, as his mom Sandi Graham looked on adoringly at her son and only grandchild.

Drake had an adorable family moment with his three-year-old son Adonis and his mom Sandy Graham, 61, and couldn’t wait to share it with his nearly 73 million Instagram followers. The “Toosie Slide” singer was at home in Toronto and showed off two intimate IG stories photos on Dec. 17 of him showing how to tie a do-rag around little Adonis’ curly blonde locks. In the first snapshot, Drizzy’s son sat patiently on his daddy’s bed while the 34-year-old bent over and tied the royal blue scarf around in the back. Drake had a focused look on his face, as he made sure he did a solid job.

In the next photo, Adonis was again sitting still and patiently letting his dad work on his head scarf. He looked adorable in a dark sweatshirt with white stars across the back of it, while Drake was equally casual in a black t-shirt. His beloved mom Sandi looked on wearing a grey shirt, beaming with pride at the father-son moment, as her only child doted over her only grandchild. Three generations of Grahams, all in one photo! Adonis’ mom is French artist Sophie Brussaux, who Drake dated briefly.

Adonis’ hair is usually wild and curly, and he apparently got his blonde tresses from Sandi, as Drake’s fans think his son looks so much like his grandma. But the last time the kiddo was seen on social media, Drake shared an Instagram story photo  on Nov. 29 where Adonis’ hair was braided to form a series of hearts on the back of his head. The tot also had his hair braided in a Sept. 9 IG photo that Sophie posted of Adonis’ first day of preschool, which you can see below. So those scarf skills are going to come in handy for the youngster to give him a smooth wave.

Not only did Drake give fans a rare took at his family time with his son, he showed off his private master bedroom inside the palatial 50,000 square foot mansion he owns in North-East Toronto’s Bridle Path area. The grey and white bedspread with bird prints was visible as Adonis sat on it, as was his bed’s large grey headboard.

“The bedroom is where I come to decompress from the world at the end of the night and where I open my eyes to seize the day,” Drake said in an Apr. 2020 interview and feature with Architectural Digest where the bedroom was showcased in photos. “The bed lets you float, the shower lets you escape and gather your thoughts, and the closet makes you want to talk to yourself while you’re getting dressed,” Drizzy explained. His one of a kind bed was handcrafted at the Hastens atelier in Sweden, taking 600 man hours to make. No wonder he feels like he “floats” on it. The bed also made for an adorable salon setting for Drake to show Adonis how to tie a head-scarf.
