Billie Eilish was the host and musical guest on Saturday Night Live’s season finale yesterday evening (December 11). She performed two songs from her new album Happier Than Ever: the title track and “Male Fantasy.” Eilish’s parents introduced the first performance, and her brother Finneas accompanied her on guitar for both songs. Watch the performances and Eilish’s sketches below.

Elsewhere in the episode, Eilish starred in sketches spoofing TikTok and hotel ads (both of which featured cameos from Finneas), holiday traditions, and more. In one clip titled “Lonely Christmas Ad,” Eilish and a racist old woman swap written messages at their apartment windows as a cover of the Smiths’ “Please Please Please Let Me Get What I Want” plays in the background. In a later sketch, Eilish stars as a lounge performer singing about an awkward exchange with Santa. Miley Cyrus also stopped by for a brief appearance in a skit about Christmas cards.

After releasing Happier Than Ever in August, Eilish sang the title track on Sesame Street, released a music video for “Male Fantasy,” channeled her inner Marilyn Monroe at the Met Gala, railed against the Texas abortion law at Austin City Limits. Next year, she’s set to become the youngest ever solo headliner of Glastonbury festival with a Friday night set at the Pyramid Stage.
