A new song from Eminem, producer Benny Blanco, and the late Juice WRLD has been released. “Lace It” follows Eminem and Juice WRLD’s marquee 2020 collaboration “Godzilla.” Find the new song below.

“Godzilla” arrived on Eminem’s surprise album Music to Be Murdered By in January 2020. It marked the first song to have a posthumous feature from Juice WRLD, who died in December 2019 at the age of 21. “Godzilla” is also one of Eminem’s most successful songs in recent songs in recent years, debuting and peaking at No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100.

“I can recall Jarad [Anthony Higgins aka Juice WRLD] playing Eminem’s music on repeat at home because he was a huge fan,” Juice WRLD’s mother, Carmela Wallace, said in a press release. “This is a bittersweet moment for me; I am happy that Jarad had a chance to make music with someone he admired and sad that he cannot be here to take in the moment; Jarad left us way too soon.”

Since Music to Be Murdered By, Eminem has released the companion Music to Be Murdered By – Side B (Deluxe Edition) and the compilation Curtain Call 2. He’s also shared anniversary editions of 2002’s The Eminem Show and 2013’s The Marshall Mathers LP2.

Benny Blanco has made several songs with Juice WRLD: “Black & White,” “Roses,” “Graduation,” and “Real Shit,” the latter of which was released posthumously.

The most recent posthumous Juice WRLD album, Fighting Demons, arrived in 2021. In addition, earlier this year, an anniversary edition of the artist’s studio debut, Goodbye & Good Riddance, was released.
