Chappell Roan has shared a new song, “Hot to Go!” It arrives alongside a music video directed by Jackie! Zhou that was shot in Roan’s Missouri hometown—her grandparents even make an appearance. Watch it below.

“I wrote this song so I could live out my cheerleader fantasy!” Roan said of “Hot to Go!” in a press release. “I just wanted to make something simple and silly that I could do with the audience because I’m a huge fan of audience participation. Also, selfishly (and shamelessly) wanted to bounce around on stage singing a song about being hot.”

“Hot to Go!” is the latest in a series of singles from Roan, including “Red Wine Supernova,” “Kaleidoscope,” and “Casual.” Her debut album The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess, produced by Olivia Rodrigo collaborator Dan Nigro, is due out September 22. Following the release, Roan will head out on a North American tour, which kicks off September 25. See a full list of dates below.
