Dubstep DJ and producer Carnage has announced Road Rave—a drive-in festival at Central Florida Fairgrounds in Orlando. Carnage announced the event in a tweet earlier today, referring to the fest as “the first ever North American festival in Corona history.” Road Rave is slated to take place June 6, and will feature sets by Carnage, Riot Ten, Gravedgr, and more. Yesterday, the Texas Rangers announced their own drive-in live music series. “Concert in Your Car,” will be hosted in the parking lot of its baseball stadium in Arlington, Texas, and feature shows by Eli Young Band, Whiskey Myers, Pat Green, and the Josh Abbott Band & Kevin Fowler.
Recently, the city of Aarhus, Denmark, hosted a 500-capacity concert for the singer Mads Langer, and L.A. nonprofit radio station Dublab hosted a drive-in concert in March, just before the city banned large gatherings.
