2 Chainz and Lil Wayne have announced a new joint album. Welcome 2 ColleGrove is out November 17 via Def Jam Records. The rappers also shared the first single from the project, “Presha.” Check it out below.

Welcome 2 Collegrove follows the duo’s 2016 collaborative project ColleGrove.  The title is a portmanteau of 2 Chainz’ hometown (College Park, Georgia) and Wayne’s hometown (Hollygrove, Louisiana).

Lil Wayne released his first solo effort since 2020, Tha Fix Before tha VI, dropped on September 29. The project featured Fousheé, Jon Batiste, Euro, and the single “Kat Food,” which he performed at the MTV VMA’s this year.

2 Chainz released his most recent album, Dope Don’t Sell Itself, in 2022, collecting features from Roddy Ricch, Lil Baby, Swae Lee, 42 Dugg, and more. Before that, he released So Help Me God in 2020. His collaborations with Lil Wayne date back his Playaz Circle days, when he and Wayne linked up for the song “Duffle Bag Boy.”
