The official Superman teaser trailer will be released tomorrow, Dec. 19, but Warner Bros. and James Gunn are giving us a glimpse of what’s to come with some of the first footage of Emmy winner Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane.
In the short teaser (for the teaser) we see Brosnahan’s Lois Lane staring at what appears to be a live feed inside the Daily Planet newsroom. She’s surrounded by other Daily Planet journos Jimmy Olsen (Skyler Gisondo), Steve Lombard (Beck Bennett), Cat Grant (Mikaela Hoover), and Ron Troupe (Christopher McDonald).
Written and directed by Gunn, Superman stars David Corenswet as the titular Kal-El aka Daily Planet reporter Clark Kent.
Superman also stars Nicholas Hoult (Lex Luthor), Sara Sampaio (Eve Teschmacher), Edi Gathegi (Mister Terrific), Terence Rosemore (Otis), Anthony Carrigan (Metamorpho), Isabela Merced (Hawkgirl), Nathan Fillion (Guy Gardner), María Gabriela de Faría (The Engineer) and Wendell Pierce (Daily Planet editor Perry White.)
The film hits theaters on July 11, 2025.
