With the post office under threat, it may well be up to us to save snail mail, like, as a concept. Thank goodness for London designer Mary Katrantzou, who is tapping into our collective nostalgia for the glory days of letter writing with her postage stamp-printed collection and corresponding campaign celebrating her new, lower-priced line, Mary-Mare. The seasonless collection is also her most size-inclusive yet, going up to a 20.

While the COVID crisis prevented Katrantzou from doing a more traditional campaign shoot or lookbook, she and her team came up with a clever workaround. They drew from the vintage postage stamps that inspired many of the pieces in the collection (and that have been somewhat of a leitmotif for the designer, appearing in her 10th anniversary collection in 2018.) Resort season may just be a state of mind right now, but that doesn’t mean you can’t dream about a vacation while sitting on your fire escape. Drink in some of the destinations, from the Costa Brava to the Côte d’Azur, and shop the entire line here.
