Khloe Kardashian‘s 3-year-old son is keeping her late dad Robert Kardashian Sr. close to heart.
In fact, the reality star revealed that Tatum Thompson, who she shares with ex Tristan Thompson, calls his grandmother Kris Jenner by a nickname once used by the Kardashian patriarch.
“My mom, her grandma name is Lovey,” she told Long Island Medium‘s Theresa Caputo on the Feb. 4 episode of Khloe in Wonder Land. “My son Tatum calls her Honey.”
And Kris would “start bawling” every time Tatum referred to her as such, according to Khloe.
“She’s like, ‘That’s what your dad used to call me,'” the 41-year-old continued. “None of us encouraged Tatum to call her that.”
That’s why Khloe—who was 5 years old when her parents separated, before Robert passed away in 2003 from esophageal cancer at age 59—believes there’s a spiritual link between her father and her son.
