Kelsea Ballerini’s healthy lifestyle doesn’t come with any baggage.

The “Cowboys Cry Too” singer shared how she prioritizes her wellness on and off the road.

“It’s different depending on what I’m doing,” Kelsea, who wrapped her latest tour in April, told E! News in an exclusive interview. “When I was on tour, I was much more regimented. Sleep was my number one. Everything came second to that, because if I didn’t get enough sleep, I was not a person the next day.”

And by creating clever habits, she never has to ask herself how do I do this.

“I wasn’t too intense on my body, because I was moving every night on stage for 90 minutes,” the 31-year-old, who was recently named Celsius’ newest brand ambassador, admitted. “So I would put on my little ankle weights, crack my Celsius, and I would walk the arena. I developed this little habit of going up to the top seat every night and watching the trucks load the stage in.”
