While fans can breathe a sigh of relief knowing Luke and Lorelai are still living their happily ever after they’ll also be able to see the duo showcase their affection in a new Walmart ad, during which the Luke’s Diner owner proves he still knows the way to Lorelai’s heart. (Using coffee, of course.)

And not only did their collaboration with Walmart see Lauren and Scott reunite—with one another and their beloved characters—it also brought them back to the Stars Hollow lot they filmed Gilmore Girls on from 2000 to 2007 and then again for Netflix’s A Year in the Life.

“When I passed our old parking spaces and where the trailers used to be, it was really, really emotional,” Scott, 66, admitted, “I’ve always said it’s great having a steady job, but it was the place where all of my dreams came true.”

For Lauren, the briefest glimpse into Luke and Lorelei’s life—not to mention an even smaller glimpse into what Kirk (Sean Gunn) is up to—was a beautiful tribute to their show.

“One of the fun parts of getting to do this, was just how familiar it all was,” she gushed. “Somebody said, ‘Oh, wouldn’t you be surprised that Sean Gunn is the delivery man?’ And I was like, ‘No, you would not be surprised, because Kirk has every job in town.’ It was just fun to be back in the imaginative space.”
