Lucy Dacus is back: The singer and songwriter has announced her first solo album since 2019’s Home Video—and the Grammywinning The Record, with Boygenius. Dacus’ fourth solo studio album, Forever Is a Feeling, arrives March 28 via Geffen. Today, Dacus has shared two songs from the project: “Ankles” and “Limerence.” The former arrives with a whimsical music video shot on the streets of Paris and in a museum. Watch Dacus—decked out in a red Rodarte gown—run amok despite the efforts of a museum guard (played actress Havana Rose Liu) in the clip below.

The 13-track Forever Is a Feeling has contributions from Dacus’ Boygenius bandmates, Phoebe Bridgers and Julien Baker, along with Hozier, Blake Mills, Bartees Strange, Madison Cunningham, Collin Pastore, Jake Finch and Melina Duterte of Jay Som. The album’s cover artwork, painted in the style of a Renaissance religious work, was created by visual artist Will St. John.

Dacus will tour in support of Forever Is a Feeling starting in April. The North American trek with start on April 16, in Philadelphia, and wind through New York, Toronto, Nashville, Chicago, Dallas, and elsewhere before wrapping up May 14 with a concert in Los Angeles. Muna’s Katie Gavin and Saddest Factory artist Jasmine.4.T will support during the spring slate of shows.

Dacus is partnering with Plus1 so that $1 per ticket goes to providing critical relief and longterm recovery support for those impacted by the ongoing Los Angles wildfires via the organization’s Plus1 LA Fires Fund. Find Dacus’ full schedule below.
