Megan Thee Stallion Announces New Album Megan

The follow-up to 2022’s Traumazine arrives on June 28

Megan Thee Stallion announced her new album and its upcoming release date while performing in Atlanta tonight as part of her ongoing Hot Girl Summer Tour. The follow-up to 2022’s Traumazine is titled Megan and it arrives on June 28. The rapper previously described her upcoming LP as being about a “rebirth,” taking inspiration from snakes because of how they shed their skin to evolve. Check out the album’s cover artwork below.

While Megan Thee Stallion hasn’t shared a tracklist just yet for Megan, she’s been doling out quite a few serpent-themed songs lately: “Cobra,” “Hiss,” and last month’s “Boa.” She’s also shared “Not My Fault” with Reneé Rapp for the new Mean Girls movie and released a new remix of her Glorilla song “Wanna Be” featuring Cardi B.
