A new benefit compilation, Musicians for a Free Palestine, has corralled Mannequin Pussy, Deerhoof, Frankie Cosmos, and dozens more artists to raise funds for eSims to help Gazans obtain cell service. Organized by Babehoven’s Maya Bon, Speedy Ortiz’s Andy Molholt, and the singer-songwriter Raquel Denis, the compilation features 71 songs, most unreleased. You can buy it now on Bandcamp.

Other contributors of new songs, alternate versions, and rarities include Downtown Boys, Ted Leo, Cassandra Jenkins, Katie Von Schleicher, Cloud Nothings’ Dylan Baldi, Squirrel Flower, Washer, and Slow Pulp.

In a press release, the compilation organizers said, “We aim to take a stand against the genocide in Gaza. We believe Palestine will be free and we are committed to using our voices and platform to uplift this future.”
