Supermassive Games and Bandai Namco have at long last released the season finale for The Dark Pictures Anthology in The Devil in Me. Available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam, there’s also the expected launch trailer for The Devil in Me, which sets the mood for what’s to come for those venturing into the stunning recreation of the World’s Fair Hotel built by American serial killer, H.H. Holmes.

The Dark Pictures Anthology: The Devil in Me stars Oscar nominee Jessie Buckley as Kate Wilder (Buckley), a member of this struggling group of filmmakers who have been lured in with the promise of an incredible setting for their failing documentary on H.H. Holmes. However, after arriving, the group finds themselves trapped in the World’s Fair Hotel, with their host Granthem Du’Met watching their every move, plotting and planning their most exquisite deaths.

As well as a new story and star-studded cast, the Season One finale comes with an array of new gameplay features. Characters can now climb, jump, crawl and run through exploration areas that are larger and more complex than ever. Players will need to keep their cool to solve puzzles and using the new inventory system and special character tools at the right moment can save their lives.

As with all games in The Dark Pictures Anthology, players in The Devil in Me can face the horror alone, or team up with friends in the multiplayer modes: online with a friend or with up to 5 players in couch mode.
