French Montana has been sued for sexual battery, The Blast reports. A woman under the pseudonym Jane Doe filed the lawsuit against the rapper, his employee Mansour Bennouna, and his label Coke Boy Records.

Jane Doe’s lawsuit claims that she was invited by French Montana to his home after they met at a recording studio on March 28, 2018. The lawsuit alleges that after 6 a.m., Jane Doe was told to take a shot by French Montana and Bennouna. She alleged in the lawsuit that she blacked out shortly after taking the shot, was rendered incapacitated, and remembered “several men coming in and out of the bedroom.” She claimed that she remembered French Montana as one of those men.

Doe alleged in the lawsuit that she “regained consciousness” around 1:30 p.m. with Bennouna “spooning” her. She said that she “felt a pain in her pelvis, lower back and vagina.” After she left French Montana’s home, she allegedly had a rape kit administered at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center. The investigation reportedly showed the presence of semen. She then reported the rape to the police, accusing French Montana of sexual assaulting her.

The lawsuit accuses French Montana and Bennouna of assault and battery, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent hiring, supervision and retention, and negligence. Jane Doe is seeking damages for “extreme emotional distress, anxiety, flashbacks and depression.”
