Justin Bieber has started to lose staff amid his bizarre behavior and they are not having it. He recently shared a series of photos where he was on a bike and smoking weed. That raised a lot of eyebrows and may be the demise of his inner circle. Keep reading to see who has exited so far.
Justin Bieber Losing Staff Amid His Bizarre Behavior
It looked like Justin Bieber had grown and evolved past his substance abuse days. He had gotten help, is married to Hailey Bieber, and welcomed a son in the summer of 2024. Unfortunately, he has been seen around town looking very disheveled, and marital issue rumors have plagued him. Then, he made matters worse with a recent social media post. He was on his bike and next to him was a bong. Justin was then seen smoking from it and it was very offputting.
Fans and followers were not just concerned for him but also for his son, Jack. They wondered what kind of impression he was setting with this post. More so, they noted how the Internet is forever so one day, Jack could see his father’s bad behavior. It seems that it is not only his fanbase that is not happy with what Justin is up to but so is his staff. According to The Sun, Justin’s personal assistant, Mateo Caldas has allegedly quit after seven years with him. He started working with Justin in 2018 but now has exited to focus on his acting career.
However, Justin Bieber’s odd behavior could be an additional culprit for the departure. It is not only his personal assistant who has left. His two main bodyguards, Keith Gibbs and Eric Johnson, have not been spotted for some time. Finally, Justin let go of his Drew House brand creative director, Ryan Good. So, that has opened a lot of doors for questions but his rep has maintained that Justin is just fine, saying he is in “one of the best places in his life.”
Changing His Life
Justin Bieber’s rep also noted that this year has been: “very transformative for him as he ended several close friendships and business relationships that no longer served him.” It appears he is trimming the fat to make his life easier and more beneficial. However, the reasoning for his bodyguards disappearing is a bit different. An insider noted that Justin has opted to eliminate drivers and such so he can be more independent:
“He’s also working a lot less with bodyguards and drivers, preferring to drive him and Hailey himself on outings.”
Still, fans are concerned that more is going on with Justin than he lets on:
