Emmy Winning ‘Dr. Giggles’ Director Manny Coto Has Passed Away

Horror

Bloody Disgusting is excited to give their fans an early chance to see A24’s highly anticipated new horror film, Talk to Me, right here at Chicago’s historic Music Box Theatre!

Join us on Thursday, July 13th at 10:30 PM for an exclusive screening and stick around afterwards for an in-person Q&A with filmmakers Danny and Michael Philippou. This is one of the hottest tickets of the year in this genre, so make sure you arrive early as seats aren’t guaranteed. This is first come, first serve, so don’t be last to arrive.

Chicago’s Music Box Theatre is located at 3733 N Southport Ave. Rest assured, it’s hard to miss (and resist) the towering, neon sign and bright, vintage marquee. It’s a magical sight. And with its red velvet curtain and twinkling, star-covered ceiling, there isn’t a better place in the world to scream alongside fellow fans, especially when a movie like this demands it.

And this one does!

This is a horror movie that makes you afraid to die, and that feeling is shared by our head critic Meagan Navarro. In her Sundance review, she wrote, “Talk to Me delivers an intense, nightmarish horror movie that’ll leave you breathless,” adding: “There’s a refreshing ruthlessness to this cautionary tale that plays like a surge of adrenaline…” No kidding.

Plan accordingly. Bring your pass with you to the event. IDs will be checked at the door. Pass must be used by passholder.
