Adele has been announced as host for the upcoming episode of Saturday Night Live, set to air on October 24. The singer tweeted the news earlier today, which also revealed that this weekend’s musical guest will be H.E.R. Find the announcement below.
Adele released her third album, 25, back in November 2015. She took home Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album for 25 at the 59th Annual Grammy Awards in February 2017. She also won Record of the Year, Song of the Year, and Best Pop Solo Performance at the ceremony for her single “Hello.” Adele was last on SNL as musical guest in 2015, during an episode hosted by Matthew McConaughey.
