Music

Pitchfork is pleased to announce that Black Pumas will play a stay-at-home concert that will broadcast live on Instagram tomorrow, July 1, at 6 p.m. Eastern. You can tune in at Pitchfork’s Instagram.

The performance will be part of a series of concert sessions that take place on our Instagram on Wednesdays and Fridays, and viewers will be able to donate to the charity of the artist’s choosing should they want to do so. For this Wednesday’s performance, Black Pumas have chosen to highlight Austin Angels, a nonprofit focused on helping children in the foster care system.

Upcoming artists in the concert series include Buscabulla, Julianna Barwick, Jeff Rosenstock, Ohmme, and Whitney. Stay tuned to our Instagram account and site where more details will be announced the day before each live stream.

Black Pumas’ self-titled debut album was released last year.
